I’m Shamika, the creator behind Mother Hustler Boss® , a brand built from late nights, early mornings, prayer, perseverance, and a whole lot of creativity.

I’m a mom, a designer, a creative visionary, and a woman who knows what it means to hustle with heart. Like so many of you, I’ve juggled baby bottles and branding boards, school drop-offs and client calls, chasing dreams while keeping a home, and still showing up like the boss I am.

My journey started when I realized I wanted more than just surviving paycheck to paycheck or settling for someone else’s definition of success. I had ideas. I had talent. I had ambition. But what I needed was a space to build something of my own, on my terms.

So, I did.

What began as a creative outlet turned into a mission:

To empower women, especially mothers, to show up boldly, brand with purpose, and build the businesses of their dreams.

Through design, digital tools, and boss-level encouragement, I help women like you create stunning DIY flyers, branding kits, and content that actually connects. Whether you're starting a business, relaunching a passion, or leveling up your brand. I’m here to support that hustle with love, strategy, and style.
